When my car was sending me messages about service required I called Baxter right away. I didn't have an appointment, but just advised that I could take a chance to get in if I was patient. Paul Stonebraker was the young man that handled my paper work at the desk. He saw to it that the proper work was done on my Highlander, even arranged for a complimentary ride to Creighton Dental Clinic and back for my afternoon appt. He made sure that I received $15 off my bill from the coupon that was sent to me. He made sure that I knew about a couple maintenance issues that were coming due and everything was handled in a timely manner. It is good to know, as a recent widow, that Baxter and their employees like Paul are trustworthy, kind, and helping me along this journey. Thank you
