I had questions and they were not addressed. I had to ask my question several times and I just gave up. My service was complete and it took some time before a tech came to me in the waiting area. I also overheard some customers getting an offer for a packaged price on oil changes I was not offered anything I was very disappointed. This was a completely different experience than any other time I have been in,

I think for $107 a vacuum and car wash should be included. I also asked some questions about my car and the loud noise coming from it when driving…it is only a few months old. I was told some things to try but no one checked it out like I requested.

My suggestion is take vehicles in the order of their scheduled appointment unless there is an emergency. If the service representative tells the customer that the service should take 3 hours, and the customer says they will be back in 3 hours, that customer's car should not be pushed to the bottom of the schedule. If the service department wants customers to stay in the waiting room the whole time or "check-in" when they return to the waiting room the customer should clearly be told this while dropping off the car. Getting a notification via text of when a start of service begins would be helpful, not just the check-in text. Temecula Toyota in CA does the start of srrvice text and it is extremely helpful to the customer. I have a medical condition that makes it difficult to sit in a waiting room for a long period of time, that is why I walk outside or find something else to do whilr the car recieves service. The supervisor was helpful in resolving the issue once I spoke with him.
