I had never been to Baxter service dept before. It was so well run, smooth, and efficient. I was amazed because I have had bad experiences with other dealership service departments. Well done Baxter Toyota.

Can was there for oil change at 10:30 am and several issues were discovered. Had water pump replaced and was told fours hours so husband took me home . Was expecting a call at least by 4 to come get but I ended up having to call twice once at 4.15 and bc again at 4:30 for Brea and it went to voice mail both times. I needed to know what status was because my husband had to heaves y 5:15 for a meeting that evening and I had no ride to pick it up. I finally called the main phone and says inject two voice messages so she went to look for brea and then said she located her snd checkouts VMware all be right back. That was about 4:40 and didn’t get call back til about 5. Was toldvthatvthenoumontgstcwas out on was defective and had to get another part the next day and Woukd gavebit five in the next morning. What upset me was that they likely knew this at least 1-2 hours before 5 and no one called to tell us of the change as I was trying to figure out how to get my car picked up before you closed with no family n we abke to get me there due to previous engagement Luckily I did not need my car the next day

This message is not about Stephanie, who was just doing her job, but rather about the whole experience. I brought my car in because of the “AWD System Malfunction” warning and check engine light on my dashboard, along with loss of cruise control. I was told this was because I needed new spark plugs installed. I was skeptical, but I trusted this statement and paid to have them installed. Yesterday, the warning came back. I had also paid the standard $150 for the system diagnostics. Now I am wondering if this was even done, as the problem is still there, and seemingly had nothing to do with spark plugs. I will be taking my car somewhere else to get to the root of the problem.
