I had asked prior to the appointment if getting the vehicle washed was a possibility. I was told that it was and it was no problem to get it washed after the service. The vehicle was not washed. To me, this is a small courtesy and readily available at most dealerships.

Jared is always accommodating. He's always very patient. He's very thorough and you can tell how genuine he is. Because when he comes to tell you additional maintenance or if you have any concerns and want. I talk more about some of those additional maintenance. He sits down and takes whatever time you need to thoroughly go through explanations understandings. When contacting the service department it was very tenuous trying to get anyone to answer the phone. Eventually went back to the main operator. Also, never got an explanation as to what was done and had to go back because I still had the recall notification on my main display in my truck. No one could explain why it was still there. Finally someone answered as to why which could have been taken care of when I picked up my truck. I have a Lexus and Honda…both service departments way above and beyond the Toyota experience! Very impersonal in all phases of my experience with the Toyota service department.
