The normal service was great. I need to know how to remove the advertisment from my screen. Experience driver connect appears on the screen every time I start my Rav 4.

I brought in my month old RAV4 I called my salesman Mark Langston to request help in regards to the battery dying after sitting for a couple of hours. Mark let the crew in the service center I was on my way in and Mike met me at the front door. Mike got me setup with a loaner since it was already late in the day and I was off within 10 minutes of being there. The next morning Mike updated me on what was fixed and told me it was ready to go. From start to finish I need to tip my hat to the customer service at every point of my interaction with your teams at Toyota. I had my oil changed on May 28, 2026. On June 2,2026 I was traveling to Norfolk and the skid plate dropped down under
My car to the point where I could not drive any farther. A gentleman who stopped to help me got under my car and pulled it out and said there were no bolts were attached to hold it up. The purpose of my appointment today was for them to fix it. Had the skid plate dropped completely out while I was driving it could have caused an accident for us or a driver behind us on the highway. They did fix it but no apologies were made. If it had jut been me in the car I wouldn’t have been so concerned but my 8 year old grandson was with me!
