Got a good price because I had the coupon you sent me in the mail. The problem was we had a appointment and you’re people got it right in for a oil change and it was back in a reasonable amount of time. Problem was they pulled the pickup in front of the door and we sat there and looked out the window for 10 minutes then they got in it and circled the lot and brought it back to the back of the line. There were 3-4 people behind the service desk but we stood there waiting for another 10 minutes. It was a pretty unorganized mess. Well i saved some money on the oil change but I don’t like standing around for a half hour waiting when the vehicle is ready. Thanks for your

I cannot say enough good things about Matt Quimby and the entire Baxter Toyota service team.
After months of dealing with an intermittent check engine light and multiple unsuccessful visits at another Toyota dealership, I brought my 2016 Toyota Highlander to Baxter for a second opinion. From day one, Matt and the technicians treated me with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care.
Instead of guessing or throwing parts at the problem, they performed the proper diagnostics, including compression and leak-down testing, and found the real issue—a cracked exhaust valve causing low compression on cylinder 1.
They worked directly with my warranty company, kept me updated throughout the process, provided me with a 2026 Camry Hybrid loaner, and ultimately completed nearly $7,000 worth of repairs with a $0 deductible under my warranty.
Most importantly, they restored my confidence in dealership service. I drove over two hours from Sioux City for a second opinion, and it ended up being one of the best automotive decisions I’ve made.
