Everyone's great here! Brae did well for the most part. My experience is based off the almost 2 hours I was there today.
I checked in for an oil change at 1215 and didn't find out until 145ish anything about my car. The guy next to me took 39 minutes. I had been there for 90 min with no updates. I did not leave there until shortly after 2 so I spent almost 2 hours for an oil change and inspection. Brae was scheduled to leave at 2. I wanted answers as estimated cost for expenses being suggested and one of the cost came up wrong, so due to time constraints she just wrote it down instead of recalculating expenses. This was my first experience where I wasn't provided updates as they were happening and I had to initiate.
