Service was fine except my car play would not connect. I tried for a half hour to no avail. Came back and the computer guy finally got it working. In the future I will not leave until I know my car play is working. Service is always good. Just frustrating this time.

Baxter replaced the tires on my Highlander on October 20th. When leaving the service person Ty told me they had damaged one of my rims. He said they would replaced the rim. I hadn’t heard anything back so on Wednesday the 29th I called and finally talked to parts to find out the rim hadn’t been ordered. They ordered the tire and I made an appointment for Monday, November 3. My appointment was at 2 PM. I received a text that the inspection was done and my tires were good. At 3:15 I asked when my car might be done. That’s when they finally brought the car out. An hour and 15 minutes to replace one tire?? I didn’t need an inspection as my car had just been there to replace all 4 tires. If I hadn’t called to find out the status of the rim, I would still be waiting for the replacement. I appreciate them pointing out the rim issue, but they dropped the ball on getting it replaced and repaired once the rim was there. I would be happy to discuss further Jim M

My advisor was great and even checked to make sure some things you guys found weren’t covered by warranty. However, an oil change should not take almost two hours.

Laurence the GM helped rectify the original situation. I did feel that the car should have came back washed. Also I believe the kid who drove it to my home used a vape in it. I can’t say that with 100% but probably 95% sure he did.
