It took 1.5 hours to change oil and rotate tires. Seemed to long. I was told the team was short staffed. I understand that. Was recommended to get a new engine air filter because it was dirty. No way was it dirty. It was changed by myself 5k miles ago. They just look at the miles on the vehicle and disregarded if it actually needed it. I told the person checking me out I was very disappointed in that and if someone didn’t know any better they would have been taken advantage of. He reviewed the picture of it and agreed it didn’t need replacing

My appt was at 3:15. I arrived at 3:07. I have the person my coupon for $25 off and asked if they could run it through the car wash. At 4:40 I was told it was done. As I was paying I asked if that was with the coupon and she hesitated and then had to redo the paperwork with the $25 off. I asked if they had run it through the car wash and she said it should have been. When I go out to my car it has not been washed. I go back in to ask if the car wash wasn't working and had to wait until they ran out through the car wash.
Quite a long time, especially considering they neglected to do either the $25 off or the car wash.

Originally on the phone I was told I could not make an appointment and to bring it in at 9am. When I brought it in the lady was confused why I did not have an appointment made.
I was contacted via text about my car problems and when I tried to call to ask for further information, I was put on hold because my specific advisor was not available. I never got a call back after leaving a message.
I got a message via text that my car was ready around 2 but that was before I was able to talk to someone on the phone. I ended up getting two new tires and never got another message after that. My mom finally called around 5:30 to check on the progress and they informed her that it had been ready and if not there by 6, I could get it tomorrow.
Fortunately the front desk gentleman was so nice and held my keys for me until we could get there shortly after 6.
Just disappointed with this whole experience and would find it helpful if the mechanic would personally call instead of trying to talk to the females at the desk. Thanks for your time and service.
