Erin was awesome! My oil change service took 2 hours and the technician identified I needed new rear brake pads but I had a sick child at home. We live 12 miles west of Toyota and slightly outside of city limits so the shuttle doesn’t service our area any longer despite being closer than nort/northeast Lincoln. Erin was able to secure a loaner vehicle for my car to be serviced today and come home to be with my daughter. She was wonderful!
As a side note, shuttle service should be a mileage distance from the dealership instead of just city limits.

Everywhere I've purchased a vehicle they wash it and clean the windows. Some even let me drop it off and they wash it for free. You didn't even wash the windows. Greg Young in Columbus always cleaned my Tundra. Other than that it was ok. Thanks
