This is the 3rd time i have been in for an oil change and they said they would wash my car. When my car was ready they never had it washed. They said it would take an extra 20 minutes which I didn’t want to wait longer since they forgot. The oil change took 1hr and 45 minutes which an oil change should never take that long.

When making my appointment they asked if I would be dropping the vehicle off or waiting. When I asked how long it would be if I waited, they told me around 30 -45 minutes. I was there today for almost two hours, and when I asked about the timeline the man I was working with was rude, and said “I don’t know who have given you that timeline because thats wrong, it’s always at least an hour.” The only reason I chose to wait was because of the timeline given to me, I had plenty of family in town to give me a ride. I was annoyed about the timeline, but I was more upset with the way the man spoke to me when I asked.

Angie was wonderful and was very helpful. It was a matter of having to be the middle man between Toyota and MPP warranty company after Angie did what she needed to do. I went rounds and rounds with the service manager and MPP adjuster to try and find out if my warranty would cover the part. After determining the warranty would cover the service I found out that I needed to take my vehicle to the selling dealership.

Stephanie was slightly rude when I asked for an Uber home so I wouldn't have to wait 1-2 hours. She told me there was no shuttle on the weekends so there was "no way for us to get you home." If I hadn't gotten an Uber before, I wouldn't have known that was an option.

I had 2 service visits left on my warranty and was not given a notice that they had expired. My car only had 23,000 something miles on it. I had the extra visits put in specifically when I purchased my warranty with the vehicle and the terms were added in at signing. Anyway, so I went in and had my vehicle serviced and was told about the expiration of that. There was nothing that could be done about it. So I was a little irritated. As far as the work done and service that was provided today. No complaints.
