Every time we take that 4Runner in it needs an additional 1,000$- 1,500$ in stuff. Very high pressure sales. My 3 year old vehicle needs a new battery? Keep pushing the brake fluid change? Especially when you aren’t even going to change the fluid in the lines just in the reservoir? Cmon man, brake replacement, struts and shocks under 50,000 miles. Piss poor at best. Not to mention the times my wife has gone and left almost in tears. You guys should be ashamed of yourself, we can’t be the only people you’re doing this to. They will throw snowballs in hell before I buy another vehicle from you guys.

Service for my oil change took over an hour, I arrived 10 minutes early to my 11 am appointment and left around 1:30 pm. I didn’t have updates about my service after the 1 hour mark and continued to wait. We had read on the Toyota website about a 35,000 mile maintenance service and the technician was not aware of what this entailed or the fact that it existed. I felt the staff was dismissive during interactions. Our seatbelt is stuck on our vehicle and does not retract so that we can use it. I asked if someone could just look at it and tell me how much it would be to fix. The technician used language I didn’t understand, when I asked for more details about what she was suggesting, she continued to use the same phrases without explaining in another way so I could understand.. I asked to speak to someone else to gain clarification. The charge would be $130 to just look at the seatbelt- which is a crazy amount to charge to just see if it could even be fixed.
