The only thing was an issue was I didn’t receive any of the text that were sent that morning until I was about a block outside of your facility. Might have been my carrier but I always have great service from your employees

It seems the underlying factor is you guys are under staffed. It takes a long time to get checked in, when done you don’t get an explanation of bill or recommendations on your report. Workers seem rushed or don’t think they have time. I would have like to know why my estimate was $540 on the estimate but I paid almost $100 more. More labor , did the find something, was the estimate wrong? Customer service is lacking .
