To NOT adjust the air pressure in my tires and he said okay, but they adjusted the tire pressure anyway (they always set the pressure higher than what the vehicle specs call for on the door frame).

I had an 0930 appointment and never received inspection information until 1349 and that was only because I called and tried to get information told to me about my car. Even after they sent the inspection I never got a call telling me what was going on. I didn’t get anything fixed on my car and was still charged $231.76 for absolutely no reason. I also got charged for a shop supply fee which makes no sense because they did nothing on my car. I had my husband call and try to talk to a manager because I’m a nurse and was at work and no one ever called him back. Legends Toyota has officially lost my business and I will never be back after this experience.

While I was happy with the service I received. I hate the fact that I am asked if I want a trade appraisal on my current vehicle. I just bought a 2025 Tundra that I brought in for my 1st service…. I hate this, not a fan, do better…. I am happy with what I have. If I want an appraisal or trade value… I will ask. Do not hide it in a service quality question. That’s dirty pool.
