Had an appointment for 11:30 am for oil change & tire rotation. This simple procedure took over 2 hours. What is the purpose of an appointment if I still have to wait that long for service? This is not the fault of the desk service provider this is a time management's problem. If you tell your customer the service will take about an hour then you should stick to that commitment. If not at least keep the customer up to date and informed. My time is as important as your time.

Purchased a new Tundra. Went in for 1st oil change and to have LED Fog Lights installed. I noticed that the iforceMax logo on hood was peeling. Asked them to reapply the logo. After waiting over a day to get my truck back…the logo was never touched. Not the end of the world just wish you could be more aware of your customers time. Now I’ll need to take time off to go back again to get it applied. Again, not the end of the world however it is aggravating.

No, it’s becoming clear that legends service is overbooked or under staffed. I always wait for my vehicle and it just seems to get longer and longer. For an oil change and tire rotation today, I waited 10 minutes shy of 3 hours. 3 hours. Not acceptable. I told the service rep that he needs to discuss it with service management and it needs to be made right. When i come in for my next appointment, if today’s incident isn’t documented and made right, it will be my last appointment with Legends Toyota. How do you make it right? That’s up to you. On top of that, I found out i was sold a service package that i didn’t need. I paid for oil change/rotation package, but i already get rotation with tires I purchased from Legends Toyota, so basically i paid a premium for oil changes. Satisfied? Would you be?
