I took my car in for diagnosis, and I have repeatedly that in order to replicate the sound, the vehicles should be driven for 10-15mins so it get warm. I asked the front desk person to get my car warm before tech can take a look. But I knew he didn’t do it, and consequently, tech couldn’t replicate the sounds. This happens twice and I still trust Toyota Legend doing things diligently. But after this time, I trust has gone. The person in front even told me to take the car to other dealership.

This is my second service and like the first one I was told when scheduling appt should only take 3-4 hours. I plan my day around this and expect the time frame to be at least close. My vehicle was there almost 8 hours. Same thing happened with my previous service. I’ll likely consider another Toyota service facility next time.
