Usually, I am completely satisfied. This time I was told I needed have my tires rotated and balanced. Then when I went to pay, I was told I would need new tires before winter. If tires are needed, the rotation and balancing was for nothing. It seems that could have waited a few months, and doing it now was for nothing and a waste of money.

Left our battery to our car sit outside in the Bay Area for a long time. My husband told them it still sitting out there for a long time. Husband told me it not organized there. He had to wait for ever for a new battery and see if old battery was any good. And other customers were asking about their vehicles. They had been waiting a long time. Need to get more organize.
