Cody did a fine job, but I'm going to have to make a return trip because the maintenance light wasn't reset. Also, I think the tires were inflated adequately. They were inflated to 31PSI, and we've always kept them at 35 PSI. The issues were not a reflection on Cody. They were probably just oversights, but it's inconvenient to have to make a return trip.

After months of delays we finally got the opportunity to receive our spare key fob for our brand new 2023 Toyota Prius purchased from Legends Toyota. Unfortunately the spare key fob was not complete as it is missing the key. My wife was told that the key for the spare key fob was with the original key fob. I know for a fact that it was not with the original key fob so now I’ll have to make multiple phone calls to get this situation resolved and I do not have time to mess with this problem.

The skid plate on the vehicle was tightened in August 2023. It had come loose again, I made an appointment and was told it would be at least a 2 hour wait. I. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and it was still parked outside and not been looked at. I feel it should have been looked at sooner being as though it wasn't repaired correctly the first time. This issue was about a 10 minute repair. I ended up leaving without the repair after nearly 2 hours waiting.
