Very good service experience

I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment, the young woman who checked me in was nice. She said my oil change should take an hour...well maybe an hour and a half, but probably not that long. I took my seat and waited. Just a few minutes shy of an hour and a half I received the notification and checkpoint list saying my car was complete. Soon after my car was pulled into the bay and I gathered my things. It was nearly 20 minutes later I was still standing there waiting to be called in. I needed to get back on the road so I asked a gentleman at one of the desks and he said he had just grabbed my paperwork. He thanked me for my patience and finished my transaction. What was frustrating about this was while this young man was saying he was swamped and I had been waiting, there were five other staff members standing in the next vestibule chatting. So then I go to my car and when I start it I notice my tire light is on (it had been on with the fluctuations in temps). If they had really completed the checkpoints as stated why was the light on? At this point I didn't have time to go back and have it addressed. However, upon return home I checked and ALL four tires were low. The sheet given to me clearly stated that all four tires were checked and adjusted to 35. First, the recommendation on the door only says 32, but none were even at that level. So if that point on the inspection wasn't really completed it makes me wonder what else was falsified. And if the checklists are not being completed why does it take an hour and a half to change oil?

The service guys were great and I will continue to use them. The sales team seemed to be bothered by my visit. The only name I heard was Calvin and he seemed bothered that I came to the sales desk. The also saw me try the service doors to get in without coming over to unlock them and making me walk to door on the far corner. I was trying to helpful by parking by the service doors. Terrible customer service from the sales team but amazing from the service crew. I probably won’t deal with that sales team on my next purchase.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. The only reason I bring it there is because tire rotations are free since I purchased my tires there. Today, they changed my oil and then texted me that they would big be rotating the tires because of the low tread. The person that helped me said his “guy” did not tell him he wasn’t rotating the tires until the oil was already changed and the car was outside. If they had told me this up front, I would never have gone through with the oil change beside it is insanely expensive there anyways. What should have happened, is they should’ve notified me first. Instead, I was forced to pay $75 with no offer to correct the situation, to rotate my tires, or even a discount for their lack of notification. There is nowhere in writing that says I can’t rotate my tires after a certain tread level. Just poor service all around. I will purchasing tires soon but will go elsewhere, as well as for the rest of my service and purchasing of new vehicles. Do better.
