My appt for a oil change and tire rotation was at 0715 I got there I few min before 0715 and it took 2 hours to get my truck back. I could see if you got backed up towards the end of the day. But to be backed up at the start of the day is a bit ridiculous.

This comment is geared towards the car runner. When I collected my car, it was parked very close to the bumper of the truck in front of my car. I was not a fan of my car being left in drive and in accessory mode. I’ve never had it left this way. I’ve been coming to the dealership for 7 years. Why leave the car in gear?
