First off, I called Monday of this week to see if I could reschedule because I had another appointment. Nobody called back.
Then today my emission cost doubled from last year. Since the truck has a little over 3000 miles in total, it has been emissions exempt both years. However this year they failed to do the exemption and charges me the full price. I asked why so much more and he said prices going up. But when I compared last year's invoice to this year's, the difference is the emissions exemption. I texted this to my advisor number provided by Brewer if I had questions. I also called and left a message. I received no response back. Time to find a new Toyota dealership. I am not sure if I should dispute the credit card charge for the overcharge?

My annoyance is not with the Representative in particular but my overall experience that last few visits. I feel like I am constantly waiting a long time for my service and always attempted to be tricked into paying for more than I should. I have passed on trading in and buy new because I keep giving this place a chance and leaving feeling frustrated and not wanting to trust this business.
