Noah was a fantastic service advisor! He answered all of my questions with a calmness and reassurance that eased a lot of my anxieties about my car. My RAV4 had a recall that addressed issues I had with my car stalling in a drive thru. He reassured me that the recall was being addressed and I shouldn’t have any further issues with it. Being a young woman, going to the car dealership can be intimidating since I don’t know much about cars and I have to put my trust in the advisors and technicians. Noah made my experience today very comfortable and reassuring. I love getting my car serviced at brewer toyota because nobody ever makes me feel stupid for the questions I ask. All of the employees (cashier too!) are so friendly and welcoming. The environment is clean and I have nothing bad to say about the service department. Thank you all so much!

When I arrived home from work, I smelled oil
in the garage, my wife brought the car in for service. I opened the hood and oil was every where. Your technician did not put the oil cap back on. Luckily it was still on the rad support. I decreased the engine compartment but im sure there is oil under the car. Think I should get an under carriage cleaning and an oil level check by your dealership. Please let me know. ****-****-xxxx
