Service was fine, staff also fine. So busy with service customers that took a ridiculously long time (almost 2 hours) just to rotate tires and get inspection sticker. Don't overschedule service appointments so closely together.

I brought my vehicle in for a simple recall check and waited over 2 hours with no feedback. Turns out a multi point inspection was also completed along with recommendations which I had no time to wait for. Communication is key.

When leaving your establishment I hot a flat tire. I had a key fob embedded in my left rear tire. Sent pictures and bill for reimbursement to Sullivan Bros in Kingston. Waiting on a response. I won’t hold my breath.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Mr.Bob Witt. I was concerned I might have missed my appointment, due to being about 20 minutes late. Mr. Witt said it was ok. He gave me a time frame for how long it would take, for servicing the vehicle, which I found very reasonable. I stayed onsite in waiting area. Was very clean and comfortable. Vehicle was completed in the time frame I was given. Mr. Witt explained everything, that was found on vehicle, very clearly. He also set up my next service appointment. Very happy with my experience,as this was the first service, on my new vehicle!
