The issue I brought my car in for was not addressed. I asked why the “distance to empty” dropped from 400 miles per full tank when I bought the car in August, to a consistent 330 miles per full tank since October/November. I investigated on Toyota website which said I should be getting at least 400 miles per full tank. Somehow this got translated to a concern about mpg (which has always been fine) and that’s what was addressed. I simply want to understand the loss of 70 miles per tank or if this is due to cold weather or if something is off that needs to be corrected.
