Waitied 3 hours to get a “complimentary” wash and vacuum only to have the vehicle returned without it being vacuumed at all. I was in a rush to get out of the dealership after 3 hours so I called the service department later in the day and let them know it was not vacuumed and to see if there was some sort of recovery plan for situations like this. The service manager told me that she was told they did in fact vacuum the vehicle which was nothing short of a lie, added insult to injury and the only reprieve offered to me was for me to bring the vehicle back and they would vacuum it like they said they would. No thanks, 3 hours of my life already taken now I am supposed to invest another 3? What would have been appropriate at that point was perhaps a complimentary detailng on the vehicle for my troubles and time but service manager would not grant me this? I’ve been doing buisness with Sullivan Brothers for decades now and this was the 1st bad experience I’ve had with them! I’m pissed.
