We are very upset that I sat there from 245 pm til 620 pm when my appointment was at 3pm. I sat over 2 and a half hours before anyone even asked if I have been helped. Normally we have no issues at all. Also was told 100.00 dollars for the service then it ended up being 156ish. This is completely and utterly unacceptable. We appreciate and value the sales department so much they were the ones that finally kept me informed after noticing me sitting there for hours. I am deeply disappointed in your service department at this current time . Will I go back there yes but will make sure I don’t sit there for unnecessary hours. Thank you

I showed up late for my appointment, no problem! All was good except it seemed to take a very long time to do a tire rotation (2.5 hours). Maybe being late was a factor. I do recommend Sullivan Brothers Toyota for service AND buying a car(which I did in Dec 2024). Love my Highlander!

Patti was great! But car was towed to Sullivan at 12 noon 6/24 and picked up 5 pm 6/24…too long to wait to replace flat tire!! Appointment was given for 12:45 6/25. Lack of communication seems to have been the problem. No need to get a text asking for approval to replace tire. If flat not repairable then, of course, put a new tire on! That’s why car was towed to Sullivan!
My experiences at Sullivan have been good, but this last visit could have been much better!
