On Friday, July 25th, I arrived on time for my 3:45 inspection appointment for my Prius V. At about 5:10 PM I was still waiting and no one communicated with me that it was going to take this long. My car had its 120,000 mile check up a couple of weeks prior and the expired inspection sticker went unnoticed. When I inquired to the service attendant, she seemed to have completely forgotten me. She asked my name and what type of car, again etc. She complained about not feeling well all afternoon. She went and checked and told me they were four cars ahead of me.to due an evening commitment, I had to leave. When I have had inspections done elsewhere, it has taken about 15 or 20 minutes. I think someone should have communicated to me about the length of time this would take. After being there an hour and a half I left without the inspection having been done.
