Was told they have put regular oil in not synthetic however my sticker

Took two and a half hours to do an oil change and an inspection for a sticker. Didn’t get a sticker cause they said it would fail. I left at 4pm and I live 20 minutes away, stopped at a place on the way home for a sticker and I was in and out in 10 minutes w an inspection sticker, I was home by 435. Never going back to Sullivan bros.

I did have to come back to have my gas door fixed (twice) and on that visit Izzy Herrera was very helpful. He recognized that I had previously been in to get the gas door fixed and he made sure it was a priority and my time was valuable…which was totally on him. I didn’t have to make any stink. He was just putting himself in the customer’s shoes.
I’ve told several people about how good Seana & Izzy are!
