The service was suppose to take 1 hour and it was just over 2 hours, so the whole day was wasted!!!

After waiting an hour and a half for a simple oil change I was told that it would be another hour and a half. At that point I took my car and left. There was absolutely no communication from anyone in the service department and Bob Hallissey was kind enough to intervene on my behalf. We have leased 9 vehicles from Sullivan Brothers and you have provided the worst service that anyone could possibly ask for. I will be having a conversation with John Sullivan.

I was going in for an oil change and tire rotation. It took nearly 2.5 hours. At one point I took a walk around the building, spotted my truck on a lift but no one working on it, meanwhile 4 people were outside smoking.
2.5 hours for something I could have done in my driveway in 30 minutes.

I was not satisfied with service today. Waited for 2 hours just to have 2 front tires installed. There was no communication from the service team about what was going on until I went to the desk and asked. This was at 11:15, one hour and fifteen minutes after they took my car in. At that point I was told that one tire was already on and they were putting the other one on right now. It wasn't until 45 minutes later that the service person came out and said the car was ready. Then I get charged an absolutely ridiculous service charge of $100 just to put the tires on. How long could that have taken? Yeah, sorry, not much good to say today.

I dropped it off for an oil change at 830 am and had to call at 1 to check on it. They said they would call me back. I had to leave work around 3 and just headed to the dealership. The service team are real friendly and nice always but today there was a lag in service quality somehow not getting vehicles done quick not sure whose fault that is. But I got there around 3 and waited a few minutes and it was done.
