I will never use Sullivan Toyota again. You just had me sitting there waiting for nothing for over an hour, two hours and fifteen minutes total. Bob went to lunch. Christian didn’t cover him. When I complained to Patty, she said, “I’m helping you.” At least she got it moving, but then she took a call on something else and left me hanging another ten minutes. You just lost a customer who has been dumping money into your business for 20 years. You and your staff are completely unacceptable.

My vehicle was in a week ago to repair a passenger side mirror, transmission fluid change, two new tires and an annual inspection. The outer case for the mirror was not in stock at the time, nor were the tires. My service paperwork said the cover was out of stock until May 31.
So I scheduled another service visit for May 31 for the tires, mirror case and inspection. Dropped the vehicle off for service. I learned that the case wasn’t in then, either. So now I have to schedule a THIRD visit to complete the work.
Big picture: Is the world ending because of this? No. Will I continue to come back for service? Yes. But I trust that you agree that the need for three service visits for a simple repair is a bit annoying.
