I had a unique situation where I bought Camry at Balise ford. TPMS light on, they tried to fix but said I needed to go to ford dealership. They recommended Sullivan brothers because it was close to me. They are on Cape. They said they had an account with you and would cover it. Right from the start Patty seemed unwilling to work with them. Supposedly service tech (manager) called patty and explained situation before I brought car in but she said never got message. I explained when I got there for appointment that Balise was paying and I needed a quote BEFORE any work done. Said this more than once. She said of course, no problem. Waited for a bit and then she came out and told me good news, TPMs just had to be reset not replaced so only $180. No quote first!! This seems unethical. Then she gave Balise Ford a hard time, told them she couldn’t check to see if they had an account with Sullivans, office closed on Saturday. Went back and forth and finally the tech at Balise Ford used his own credit card to pay instead of having me pay and being reimbursed. That is true above and beyond incredible customer service from Balise. Can’t say the same for Sullivans. Very disappointed.

I was given a value for my trade in yesterday. A little over 27 K. I think that was based on mileage. The salesperson indicated he hadn’t looked at the vehicle himself. I am actively looking at trucks. I was shown 2 yesterday at your dealership. I was asked if my credit was good. I was having difficulty accessing my Experian report. While I struggled with that I was asked multiple times by the salesperson how much money I could put down. I was able to access Experian after I left. Experian 771, Equifax 788, Transunion 762. I am trying to find a truck with the tow package with integrated brake controller. I am looking for a good interest rate. Any special rate offers with Toyota? When I do find a deal, I hope to not feel rushed even at the end of the day.
