Almost three hours for an oil change and tire rotation is absolutely ridiculous! My wife and I are buying a new car this fall. You just lost a sale! Your customer service representative Izzy was extremely helpful and polite, professional beyond expectations. Your sales representative that sold me my car couldn’t even remember my name. Across the show room, I heard someone say hello sir! Seriously?
