I saw Patti when I came in . She helped set up my car for an oil change & tire rotation. But when my car was finished, it was out in the area to drive out, and she kind of disappeared. I got no paperwork, nothing to sign . Another person was at his desk and said , yup , you’re all set, we’ll mail you your paperwork?

I booked my oil change and filter online on your website that was listed for 79.99. However, when I went to pay I was charged 105.89. I asked why it wasn’t 80 like I thought and was told everything was reflected based on what was done. Your website provided false advertising and I was highly annoyed. You should either provide honest prices or not have any prices at all!
