Patty was excellent to deal with as always. I brought my tundra in for an oil change, renew my service program and get a diagnostic for my dash lights coming on. Patty saw the lights on when I drove in. The truck was shut off and the lights didn’t come back on. Nothing was diagnosed. Patty said to swing by when they come on after work one day this week. No problem. The issue was that was waiting for 4 hours when I expecting to be there no longer than 2 for an oil change and a diagnostic.
