People were great. Timing was bad. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am. Oil change, tire rotation, inspection. Left it for the day. Never received a call it was done. Came back at 5:00pm. Truck wasn't ready. Waited until after 6pm until truck was ready. Not what I'd call prompt service.

It was an awesome day for me. I am so glad that you were able to take care of my dangerous emergency situation. I would hate to think of what could have happened I we’re on the highway and something let go.
I am glad you had the car on a lift to see this. I also thank you for the shuttle service as sitting for to long is very hard.
