An oil change by appointment should not take 2 hours and 15 mins. I can get an oil change in 15 mins at Valvoline. This is my second experience of extreme waiting times. I am rethinking replacing my 2014 Camry with a newer model because of the service wait times.

The Service Tep never kept me informed about the progress of the tepair. I had to leave the lounge area and find him to ask for status. He didn’t know and the led me he would find out and let me know which he did not do. I had to walk out several times to ask for a statu. I was there for several hours to check on an attire pressure light.
