Very disappointed call to make appointment told them what was the matter the warning signs that I had on my car and they made me wait a week so I didn’t drive it and then when I got there, they said they would text us inspection check and we never heard back Went back a couple hours later and they said they can’t service it. I had to go to #MIN and then I’m an hour later. I get the inspection results. Text very very disappointed.

I brought my car in for an oil change yesterday. When I picked it up there was a rattling/clicking sound coming from the passengers side when I tried to turn my fan/heat on high. It sounds like a plane is taking off. I called the service desk and they said it was likely debris caught on the filter (like a leaf) when they took it out and put it back. I now have to drive back to the dealer sometime this week to have them fix the sound issue that was not present when I dropped my car off. This is a large inconvenience for me. I wish this was checked before I picked my car up.
