While waiting for my car to be serviced, a guy called me over to his desk and proceeded to try and sell me a new car. This is a very bad deceptive practice! I was there for service, NOT to buy a new vehicle! This action will definitely make me think twice about returning there in the future!

Air filter and engine filter - $85 each. That is CRAZY prices. Doing the research the cost on these are anywhere from $10-$30. I understand labor fees , but not that kinda of mark up. I cannot even understand $160 oil change for this car. Over 75% of that was additional fees. After researching the price for oil filter and oil I could have had a friend do this and spend less than $60. I cannot afford to bring my car back to Toyota.
