Well the job was done great, and issue with the service alone. Was told it would only take an hour and a half which was fine, however it took over three hours. No one notified me about the sudden increase of time, I didn’t mind waiting an hour and a half. I understand that the increase of labor was done as well but just a heads up that it might have taken longer than the time given would have been nice.

Patty was a wonderful front of the house. My dissatisfaction is the assembly line feeling and rush to commit to the bill while all cozied in the waiting area.

I waited 3 hours in the waiting room after I dropped my car for service. Nobody bothered to check in with me to update me as to what was going on. I had to go to go to the service desk to inquire myself. I've been extremely disappointed with Sullivam Brothers for a while and I have most likely bought my last car there.

I waited in the lobby for 4 hours for an oil change. Also, the service advisor sold me a new battery saying it was covered under warranty and then mentioned after they installed it that I still had to pay labor. This should have been explained up front. The way he explained it sounded like it was going to be fully covered. When I got the car back I noticed that the sticker hadn’t been changed in the top left of the window. I’m not even fully sure the oil change was completed. I had to check the dip stick to make sure it looked clean when I got home.
