My service advisor Samantha was great. Yesterday I notic3d the cabin air filter cover was not replaced after service and was left on the passenger side floor mat. Also,my low tire pressure light came on yesterday and when i went to check my tire pressure i was not able to remove 2 valve stem caps, as they were place too tight and stripped. I am not satisfied with the technichian who serviced my vehicle and the attention to detail.

We made a mistake in going to Sullivan instead of Tufankjian in Braintree. Tufankjian runs like clockwork. They are always on time. We had to spend more than an hour and a half over there because you are always late. Can’t wait to go back to Braintree after our service contract is up. The first time we were at Sullivan we had to wait even longer because we were scheduled close to lunch and everyone left. Can’t you figure this out and schedule appropriately?
