Bill is great and a very nice gentleman and a pleasure to work with.
He has always been knowledgeable with his trade
He kept me updated while I waited for my 4 Runner.
Bill walked me back to the Bay to collect a few things
He introduced me to the Service Engineer.
Everything was clearly communicated.
He said it would be a while, so he provided me with a rental car.
He called me and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle..
I thank Bill for taking such good care of me.

Bob Witt was good as always. I had an 11:00 appointment for a state inspection and oil change. Your service department seemed to be over booked. I was there for nearly 3 hours. If I knew I was going to be there for so long, I would have asked for/ expected to be offered a shuttle ride home.

Patty was amazing, right from the moment I walked into the service center! She and her colleague greeted me right away, and Patty did a quick assessment on the problem of my vehicle. I didn’t have to wait too long for it to be fixed - 20 minutes, tops - and she was very helpful all the way through. She also took the time to book an inspection appointment so I wouldn’t have to call back another time.
