I have been a customer for years and Bill Collins has taken care of my vehicles for over 30+ years. I trust him. He is forthright and explains everything to me. He answers my 50 questions never getting annoyed with me, (I have a history of asking 50 million questions and being annoying). Oh, and He returns calls! I dread the day Bill is no longer “my go to guy” Like I looked around today at the staff in service, watching their interactions with customers, trying to pick out someone I would pick to “be my person” if Bill wasn't there. Well, let’s just say, I’m happy I don’t have to make a choice cuz Bill was there today for me and my Toyota which needed svc.
