My maintenance light is still on and the sticker that reminds you of your next appt is wrong. The mileage is far less than what my car has in it. I’m curious what else isn’t right. I didn’t get an oil change either

Job took under 1 hour, which wasn’t bad considering I was told you were having difficulty handling the high volume of customers that day. I did have a scheduled appointment just to receive a smart key, so the 2 hour wait time initially stated was not a good start for my first time at Sullivan service. I was pleased that my wait time didn’t turn out to be as long as initially estimated.

I drove all the way from Hyannis on a very hot day 90 and arrived for my first 12:30 appointment at 12:15. At 1:35 I went back to the receptionist and told her I had a 2:00 medical appointment in Plymouth I couldn’t miss. She recommended the shuttle but the man next to her said someone was out early and the other driver was up in Rockland! So I had to get my car out of line. So I’m coming back tomorrow to try it again at 10:00. My follow up doctor’s appointment is at 1:00. Fingers crossed I hope I have better luck tomorrow…
