I had a flat tire on my 2020 Acura MDX Hybrid, purchased at Sullivan Brothers. When I went in the back to get the tire jack, there was none.
I called and was routed to service. The gentleman (1) did not identify himself, and when I told him my situation, he asked for my salesperson, then (2) COLD TRANSFERRED me to the Sales voicemail. Upon calling back, as I was now extremely frustrated, the operator connected me to Justin. Thankfully, Justin took the time to explain my setup (airpump with flat fix chemical) vs a traditional tire jack. He also ensured that I could come in and get the tire addressed. Justin did a good job of representing Sullivan, unlike the guy in Service.
Last note: when I had the car in yesterday afternoon, the service team was efficient and took care of plugging the tire. One issue: I asked how many times I could use the air pump with chemical, and the Service rep said in a bit of a dismissive way, "I don't know, I guess once." So now I'm stuck having to follow-up AGAIN, to see if I need a new unit, etc.
I am more than happy to speak with someone about this feedback.
