Your service writers should not quote part prices if they are not sure of what they are. I was told that a particular part engine air filter was approx. $75.00 and when I inquired at the service parts department I was told it was half that price @ $30.00.

Meagan was great! She cleared explained everything that was recommended and costs associated. I was a little disappointed in the time it took for the service but I somewhat of a flexible schedule so no biggie. Also worth noting that for the 2nd time having tires rotated I later had to recalibrate the tpms. Nothing major just seems like something the tech would do as a final check.
