Two hours of waiting and no one came to update me except about 5-10 minutes after I left my keys with them. She waved at me while looking for someone else letting me know my vehicle had been taken back. After waiting approximately 2 hour I finally went to find someone and 2 minutes later my car appeared in the outgoing garage. Then they had to find my ticket and the keys. Finally found them at a different desk. Service advisor who checked me I had gone to lunch.
I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism and the extended wait time.

I was very disappointed that there was no option for a loaner car for me. I was without wheels from Friday until Tuesday. It was a rather negative experience from that perspective. However, Megan called me every day to update me on the status of my arriving tire. She also looked into loaner cars for me. She is an awesome customer service representative and was the only shining light in this experience.

The lady at the checkin desk was not very nice. It seemed like I was interrupting whatever she was doing. Pay attention to the customer right in front of you.
When did you start a “walk around” with the customer?
Really seemed like I was bothering her.
We have one free oil change left and after that I may have to find somewhere else to go.
