The new system you’re going to should have been tested and trained on in a different way. Two and a half hours for an oil change? But, I didn’t have to pay for service because of foul ups and system sent bill anyway that was wrong.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They charged me for an oil change and tire rotation, but never rotated my tires. They charged me for everything but I showed the manager ( Simon) where they had not done that and the manager was able to see I was in the right. So airport Honda service lied to me by telling me they did a tire rotation but never did it. What makes it so bad is they tried to charge me then lied to me. I’ll never be back for anything.

I had an appointment for nothing but an oil change at 11:30 am and was there untill 1:50 left there got on the road and my dash screen was completely dark went back the guy tried to adjust and fix but couldn’t got another tech she tried got a third tech she tried and finally got it back enough to where I could at least tell how much gas I had and my speed but still had a very bad glare on it . I have had a bad experience with airport Honda the last two visits and will no longer use them I will have my car serviced in Knoxville from now on
