My appointment was 2:30 pm on Monday the 13th. I got to Honda at 2:20 and was checked in by the nicest gentleman named Ryan (I think) and was told that it would be around 50 min. I sat down and waited patiently until 4:00. Then walked back to where Hanna was sitting but bumped into Ryan first and asked him how much longer it would be. He then walks over to Hanna’s desk and grabs my keys and apologizes. Hanna then spends the entire time that I’m checking out and going over my paperwork telling coworkers that a customer has been here for an hour and half for an oil change and his keys have been sitting on my desk. She repeated this multiple times. I feel like if Hanna would’ve spent as much time being aware of what was sitting on her desk in plain sight as she did talking to the 2-3 coworkers sitting around her, then I wouldn’t be sitting here leaving this type of review. It was very unprofessional. Ryan was amazing though, I was about to ask to speak to a manager when he informed me that he was couponing my oil change so I felt obligated to bite my tongue, thank him for being so kind and leave. This is my 2nd car buying from Jesse and airport Honda but do not think I’ll be back to have my car serviced there again.

They gave us the wrong car.
They didn’t not have the part for one of the 2 recalls we were notified about. So now we have to come back again to get the second recall done whenever they get the parts.

You allowed a complete stranger to drive off in my van. It was finally returned to me in approximately 1 hour. I have no way of knowing how my van was driven or where it was driven. Something is amiss in the method of returning repaired vehicles to the right owner.

But i have had my car there 2 times in 4 days for a 4 wheel alignment and asked for steering wheel to be centered. The steering wheel is still not centered. But that has nothing to do with Matthew. My car must not center

Ryan was excellent. My problem with your service is I paid for extended service plan and the problem with the car was under warranty, yet you did not provide a rental car. The car was in for the same problem 3 times. The second time I had to wait 4 hours. The third time I had to have my wife pick me up and bring mr back the next day

I didn't even meet or speak with Ryan. I had to wait another 20 minutes after my vehicle was ready and not sure why, finally James took care of me. On the way home, my tire pressure warning came on, so they didn't even check the tire pressure when rotating tires. Also, I did not appreciate the extra charge for shop supplies, there was no mention of this when making the appointment.
