The service manager took time to explain future oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle alignment mileage parameters for optimum care of my vehicle. Joe from the service department also worked with the service department manager on the care of the surface of my vehicle's camera monitor.

Meagan was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. She covered everything for my car’s routine service, approximate time to complete the service and the cost of each maintenance. Meagan personally let me know when my service was completed and covered the items completed and the costs. And covered what would be needed on my next service. She walked me to my car and asked if I had any questions. Meagan was above and beyond professional and courteous.

Meagan told me that she would give me a $100 off coupon. When I asked her about the total price and that not being honored she told me that it was only 15% off up to $100. She told me $100 off…. When I asked her about it she said, “well do you want us to fix your car or not?”
Then after a later phone call she said she would honor her previous promise, $100 off. My receipt did not reflect that and I did not get the promised amount off of my bill. I think I have two or three oil changes left under my financing plan, but after that I will not be returning to Airport Honda for any service.
