Had an express appointment at 200 and arrived and was checked in at 135. Said it would take about 45 min to an hour. At 315 my car was finally ready. Said they were behind. Why make an aappointment if it takes this long

I had a 930 appt for an oil change and check
At 1230 or 1 I called to check on status as I had not heard. The car was up on the rack.I ran another errand and finally had to be dropped off to wait as my wife needed the other car. It⁷ was a long day for an oil change. The staff that answered the phone were very courteous and apologetic but they shouldn't have had to be.

I also wanted to have the bulb replaced that lights up the gear shift ( PRNDL) but was told it would have to be first billed as diagnostic @ $179. I feel like this is ridiculous. In the future I will definitely go somewhere else.
