Your associates were fine. Just your policies. I got my check engine light code scanned for free somewhere else. And I could buy a scanner cheaper than your diag fee. And buy my new OEM gas cap cheaper than your fee and get the OEM cap from someone cheaper including shipping.
I know you need to make money but not all people are stupid.
I do like that you have included pictures of the multipoint Inspection.
My rear brakes need replaced. I can get OEM for $50 and do them myself. It takes a tech 30 mins or less to complete this task. But you still charge 1 hour of labor.
Just seems greedy. But you are a business, I get that and old people fall for it.
I like Honda and Toyota. But all car dealers are crazy high.
Thank you for reading my rant. Alcoa Honda did a good job today and it was right at 1 hour for my oil change.
