5/3/24-I came in for what I thought was routine maintenance and was told they would need to change out the AWD fluid on this visit and was charged $130. When I bought the vehicle, I was told the first 2 years of routine maintenance were free. I inquired why they needed to be changing AWD fluid already and I was told, “this is routine maintenance”. I then asked why then was I having to pay for what is considered routine maintenance. I was basically blown off by the service manager.
5/2/25-I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance. I live an hour away and was half way home when the low air pressure light came on. I immediately called and the lady told me I could just stop somewhere and add air to the tires or come back. I immediately drove back to Airport Honda. The mechanic said all 4 tires were low and that they were not recalibrated after doing the inspection.

I still do not have my car fixed. However I appreciate the hard work Megan gave in trying to get the warranty company to help. It was not for lack on her part or problems with the mechanic. Though I wonder if all the work done was needed if the problem was always in the part I still need. Was it too hard to know at the beginning?w

Most of it was good. When he brought me the inspection sheet he covered the tires and breaks. The one thing that annoyed me was that he also mentioned I needed my timing belt replaced. I already had you all replace it in a prior visit. Do they not look at the history prior to telling people they need work done? I understand upselling, but that was not a good thing.
