Hannah, the service coordinator is fantastic and she doesn’t really good job.
This particular service was necessary however it did not fix the original problem diagnosis. We were very specific with the technicians to make sure that all the previous squeaking sounds. I’m gonna include a metal on metal or repaired with two parts. Whatever is necessary. Then the new struts were required. However, the original problem is not fixed.

I was told that I needed to order a new tire. This was on Wednesday and I was told it would be available on Thursday. Thursday morning I called to get a status. After a number of calls, one in which the rep said he would call me back in a few minutes but didn't, I called the parts department. I was told that the tire was coming from Atlanta and wouldn't be available until Friday. So right now I am limited on my driving because of the "donut".
