The service department always does a good job and Joe is an extremely nice man. That said, I am very disappointed that a 2017 Honda Pilot with a little over 100,000 miles on it would need the camshaft, water pump, and other items replaced to the tune of over $4500.00. I always heard that Hondas were great vehicles that could last 300,000 miles or more, if well maintained. I'm very disappointed to say the least.

They made me pay for a battery that I can’t use. The battery in my key fob needed replacing. I asked them to replace it, then the employee told me they replaced the battery but it did me no good because I needed a new key fob. Well why are you still charging me for the battery even though it wouldn’t fix me key fob. If that’s the case you can have your battery back and I’ll keep my $11.50. Charging me for a battery even though it’s useless because I needed a new key fob just shows how this place likes to nickel and dime its customers.
