4th visit for the problem and the recall/problem area is still not resolved. Did not have the supplies to fix it today. Will have to make trip #5 to get resolution, but I am not confident in that happening. We bought from Honda of Cleveland years ago and had a much better experience. Very disappointed this time and we have always been a loyal and strong Honda family!

I first contacted April, who was very helpful encouraging me to get my CRV in to be checked. Then on arrival Fred met me and started getting some info. Hannah was top notch, she is a credit to her job and to Airport Honda. She got me right in, even though I suspect the Service Department was ready to call it a day. Then as the technician had run the test , Hannah came out to inform me of the repair cost. Shocked, but not surprised! Everything is getting higher! After giving her my okay, she got the work started and when completed she got me over to check out and had the CRV ready. I appreciate all the help as my wife and I needed to get on the road the next morning for a family funeral. Thanks to Hannah we were able to travel safely and get to West TN. Thank you Hannah, I look forward to seeing you again. Merry Christmas to you and all the Airport Honda personel.
