Picked the car up late so I wasn’t able to talk with service adviser. But the steering wheel is crooked now after having the rack replaced. And I still hear the noise from the column reel. But the sticky steering is fixed at least

I have been bringing my cars to this location for nearly four years and have never been disappointed until now. I had my car serviced for a 4 wheel alignment because, during my last visit, I was recommended to have it done. I would not have done it if it had not been suggested by a service member. However, after the service, my car is shaking and vibrating worse than before, especially when I reach 60 MPH. I was also very surprised to see that the transmission fluid filler cap had been left off right next to where they removed. I just asked to check the fluid if i needed transmission fluid and was planning to go change it soon.

I will add that last time I was there for oil change the alignment check as you drive in said I needed to have my rear alignment checked. This time everything was within specs. Can the machine get a bad reading by following behind another car? I can’t remember how much it would have cost to do the alignment but if it says I don’t need it now it really makes me question the other service recommendations that you offer. Not a complaint just some feedback. It is a perception issue. When I add the time I have an engine code that was a vacuum leak and the technician found the problem and quoted well over $200 to fix. I got the car home and went over everything and luckily found where an animal had made a nest and chewed the vacuum line. I went and got $2 worth of line and fixed it. Engine code went away. That experience coupled with the alignment experience, I think you can see the perception problem. Again not a complaint just pointing out that when you loose trust it will make it impossible for your service writers to recommend anything beyond what I specifically come there to do. You can pull up my history and see what I am talking about. How would it make you feel? Just saying.

We were faced with a major repair bill- transmission replacement. Meagan went to bat for us with Honda and our transmission was replaced free of charge! Now that’s service! Thanks for going the extra mile for us Meagan! She earned us as a permanent customer at Airport Honda!

It was extremely difficult to speak to someone in the service department. My calls that became just voice message were not answered in a timely manner. Misleading information should not be given. If you don't know how long a repair is going to take a promise of a time of completion should not be given. Greatfully my vehicle's repair did get completed in time so I didn't have to rent a car last minute, but the stress of the "run-a-round" to make arrangements for other transportation affected my whole family. The best thing that happened was that you were able to bring my car to my home. Because of this I didn't have to find a way to get a rental.

Meagan went above and beyond to help my family and I when our Odyssey experienced catastrophic failure during our vacation. God blessed us to have Meagan be our service advisor. She helped arrange for the repair, arranged for rental car which saved our vacation and most amazing of all, when there was a delay in getting the necessary part to repair our Odyssey which wouldn’t arrive until days after our vacation was over, she volunteered to help deliver our Odyssey back to us in Atlanta and help us return the rental car back to Tennessee!!! How awesome to have Meagan to do this on her day off!!! I can’t say enough about Meagan!!! We are truly blessed to have Meagan as our service advisor and she turned a disaster into a memorable experience. She is the best!!!
